Self-Esteem
Self-criticism, insecurity, or a persistent sense that you're not enough.
If you're exhausted from living in your own head, you're in the right place. This is therapy for people ready to move past surface-level fixes, understand themselves more deeply, and make meaningful, lasting change.

Telehealth psychotherapy for adults in California.
What We Can Work On
These are just some of the common areas I provide support with.
Self-criticism, insecurity, or a persistent sense that you're not enough.
Worry, overthinking, low motivation, hopelessness, or feeling disconnected from your own life.
New jobs, career crossroads, burnout, breakups, or shifts in who you are and who you're becoming.
Whether it's your partner, family, or friend, we can discuss communication, boundaries, intimacy, and connection.
Significant loss, feeling overwhelmed by it, or not knowing how to cope with what's changed.
Past experiences that still shape how you feel safe, trust, or move through the world today.
How I show up
In my experience, people in therapy often want to feel safe, heard, and able to trust the process. That's a baseline any good therapy should offer. But if that were the only experience I gave you, session after session—just sitting back, listening, and validating—I'd be doing you a disservice.
Instead, I'll explore all the different parts of you while offering genuine support and honest feedback. This includes challenging the patterns and perspectives I've observed across sessions. Basically, I'm not going to bullshit you. You can prepare yourself to hear lots of "have you considered...?" and "I'm noticing a contradiction"—with some humor mixed in from time to time. Therapy can be heavy, but it doesn't have to be dry. Laughter often precedes healing, just as much as tears.

My approach
My therapeutic foundation is rooted in psychodynamic theory: I'm interested in your symptoms, but even more so in the patterns, experiences, and relationships that have shaped them. However, I'll use a variety of therapy tools and techniques to adapt to your most pressing needs as they change week to week.
I often treat therapy like solving a puzzle. All the pieces are there, but they're not always in plain sight. Some need to be uncovered by moving others aside; others are sitting right in front of us the whole time, waiting to be picked up. And even once we find them, it's not always obvious where they fit. Part of the work is figuring that out together.
We'll address what's happening on the surface while digging into the patterns and experiences that shape it.
We'll explore the choices, values, and beliefs shaping your life—and whether they still fit.
We'll turn what you've learned about yourself into real, practical change.
Services & Fees
50-minute individual psychotherapy sessions for adults.
Sessions are conducted remotely via secure video from the privacy of your own space. I provide telehealth services to clients located anywhere within California.
I don't accept insurance directly, but I'm happy to provide a monthly superbill you can submit to your insurer for potential out-of-network reimbursement. Feel free to ask me more about this if you have questions.
Since you're paying for therapy without using insurance, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of expected charges. We'll go over the details together, including anticipated frequency and duration of treatment, during the intake process.
About Me

I earned both my bachelor's degree in Psychology and my master's degree in Social Work from California State University, Northridge. I've provided therapy primarily at a non-profit agency serving adults across Los Angeles County, working with people from a wide range of backgrounds and lived experiences. That work taught me to listen closely, stay curious, and be direct with care, and I bring all three to my private practice.
I've always been genuinely curious about why people are the way they are—what motivates them, what shapes them, and the meaning they make from their experiences. I truly enjoy this work, particularly with adults of various identities who are hard on themselves, want a clearer understanding of why they think, feel, and behave the way they do, and are ready to see how much choice they have in how they live. I'm also especially interested in helping men explore masculinity, emotional expression, and the ways expectations—from family, partners, society, and their own inner critic—can shape their relationships with themselves and others.
I don't claim to have life figured out, or believe that I know the "right" way to live. I learn something new quite often, especially with each individual I work with. In a way, you're helping me grow as a therapist, just as I'm here to help you grow into who you want to be.
Outside of therapy, I enjoy watching stand-up comedy and arguing with my friends about whether Tom Brady is actually the greatest quarterback of all time.
